The Ministry of Buildings and Grounds consists of maintenance, replacement, and
improvements of our buildings, operational items such as HVAC systems and other
equipment, and grounds. The Junior Warden is responsible for general oversight with the
assistance of the Sexton. The Vestry reviews and approves all expenditures.
